多层螺旋CT三维重建在外伤性跟腱撕裂中的应用

Application of MSCT3D Reconstruction in Traumatic Rupture of Achilles Tendon

目的：探究多层螺旋CT三维重建在外伤性跟腱撕裂中的应用价值.方法：选取2012年12月-2014年12月某院22例外伤性跟腱撕裂患者为研究资料,对其进行回顾性分析.结果：跟腱中上段撕裂患者8例,中段10例,下段4例;跟腱完全性撕裂14例,连续性中断,不完全性撕裂8例,边缘毛糙;所有患者均显示跟腱外形有显著的增粗或缩短,部分患者显示轮廓毛糙;所有患者的跟腱增粗或缩短后,宽径、前后径的比值缩小;12例呈拖把状,5例呈絮状,5例呈犬牙交错状.结论：多层螺旋CT三维重建在检查外伤性跟腱撕裂时可直观、立体的反映患者的跟腱撕裂部位、撕裂程度及连续性、撕裂后的跟腱外形以及跟腱撕裂的断端状态,具有较好的临床应用价值.

Objective:To explore the application value of MSCT 3Dreconstruction in traumatic rupture of achilles tendon.Methods:Select 22 patients with achilles tendon laceration in some hospital during the period from December 2012 to December 2014 and make retrospective analysis on the.Results:8cases of patients with rupture in the middle and upper part of achilles tendon.10 cases were with rupture in the middle part,4cases ruptured in distal part;14cases were with complete rupture of Achilles tendon and were with interruption of continuity,8cases were with incomplete rupture and were with coarse margin;all patients were found with thickened or shortened achilles tendon and the outlook of some patients' were coarse;the ratio of width,anterior and posterior radius declined after the achilles tendon of all patients got thickened or shortened;12cases' were found mop-shaped,5cases' were flocculent,5cases were indented.Conclusion:MSCT3Dreconstruction can visually reflect the site,degree and continuity of the rupture of achilles tendon and the shape of achilles tendon and the state of the ruptured end after rupture and it is of significant clinical application value.
