耳穴压豆用于阴道分娩镇痛对分娩结局的影响

An Investigation into Application of Auricular Point Massaging with Coxherb Seeds in Vaginal Delivery Analgesia and its Effect on Delivery Outcome

目的:探讨耳穴压豆用于阴道分娩镇痛对分娩结局的影响。方法:选取某院近来3年收治的单胎足月初产妇100例,随机分为AB两组,其中A组未行任何镇痛措施,B组实行耳穴压豆镇痛措施。对比两组产妇的催产素使用率、产后2h出血量以及新生儿损伤情况等。结果:A组产妇的催产素使用率、产后2h出血量及新生儿损伤率均明显大于B组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆用于阴道分娩镇痛,可以有效改善分娩结局,降低新生儿的损伤率。

Objective:To investigate the application of auricular point massaging with coxherb seeds in vaginal delivery analgesia and its influence on delivery outcome.Methods:Select 100 singleton full-term primipara received in some hospital in recent 3years and randomly divide then into group A and group B,in group A there was no analgesia measures and in group B,auricular point massaging with coxherb seeds was adopted.Compare the application rate of oxytocin and blood loss within the 2hours after delivery and newborns' injury in the 2groups.Results:The application rate of oxytocin and blood loss within the 2hours after delivery and newborns' injury rate were obviously higher than that in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It would effectively improve delivery outcome and reduce the rate of damage to newborns if applying auricular point massaging with coxherb seeds to analgesia for vaginal deliver.
