静脉穿刺层级管理在外周静脉输液中的应用

Application of Hierarchical Management on Vein-puncture in Peripheral Vein Transfusion

目的：探讨静脉穿刺分层管理在外周静脉输液中的应用效果.方法：选择2013年12月-2014年3月2400例次的外周静脉输液患者为对照组,2014年4月-2014年7月2438例次的外周静脉输液患者为观察组,对照组采用传统模式静脉穿刺输液,观察组采用静脉穿刺分层管理进行静脉穿刺输液,即根据患者局部静脉及全身情况进行外周静脉评估分级,再由设定的有操作许可权限的各层级护理人员进行静脉穿刺输液,比较两组患者在一次静脉穿刺成功率与满意度方面的差异.结果：观察组效果明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.01）.结论：在外周静脉输液中采用静脉穿刺分层管理提高了一次静脉穿刺成功率,也提高了患者的满意度.

Objective:To investigate the application of hierarchical management on vein-puncture in peripheral vein transfusion.Methods:Select 2400 patients underwent peripheral vein transfusion during the period from December 2013 to March 2014 as the control group and 2438 patients underwent peripheral vein transfusion during the period from April 2014 to July 2014 as the observation group,the control group received vein-puncture and intravenous transfusion in accordance with traditional mode;vein-puncture and intravenous transfusion was implemented in observation group in accordance with hierarchical management on vein-puncture,namely make evaluation and classification for peripheral vein according to patients' local vein and the whole body and the vein-puncture and intravenous transfusion were implemented by set permitted nursing personnel,compare the differences between the 2groups in one time success rate of vein-puncture and satisfaction.Results:The effect in observation was more significant than that in control group,the differences between the 2groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of hierarchical management on vein-puncture in peripheral vein transfusion can help to improve one time success rate of vein puncture and patients' satisfaction as well.
