藻酸钙敷料在复杂性肛瘘病人术后创面护理中的临床价值

An Analysis of Clinical Value of Sorbalgon Dressing in Postoperative Wound Nursing for Patients with Complex Anal Fistual

目的：研究分析藻酸钙敷料在复杂性肛瘘患者术后创面护理中的临床价值.方法：选取某院2013年2月-2014年1月收治的肛瘘术后患者,共71例,并以此作为本次研究的主要对象.将所有患者随机分为两组,一组为对照组,该组患者采取常规式换药方式进行护理;一组为研究组,该组患者实施藻酸钙敷料的方式进行护理.对比分析研究组与对照组肛瘘术后患者的术后创面愈合时长.结果：研究组患者的术后创面愈合时长为（12.37±3.61）d,而对照组则为（26.03±3.11）d,数据之间的差异有统计学意义,即P 〈0.05.结论：采用藻酸钙敷料的方式护理肛瘘术后患者,可以有效缩短患者术后创面的愈合时长,减轻患者的病症痛苦及其经济负担,值得在临床中推广.

Objective:To study and analyze the clinical value of sorbalgon dressing in postoperative wound nursing for patients with complex anal fistula.Methods:Select a total of 71 postoperative patients with anal fistula in some hospital during the period from February 2013 to January 2014 and take them as the main object of this study.All the patients were randomly divided into 2groups,one group were defined as the control group,this group were nursed in accordance with conventional dressing changing method.The other other group was research group,this group were nursed with sorbalgon dressing.Compare and analyze the healing time of the wound in the 2groups after surgery.Results:The healing time of wound in research group after surgery was(12.37±3.61)d,while that of the control group was(26.03±3.11)d,the difference was statistically,P<0.05.Conclusion:It would effectively shorten wound healing time after surgery and relieve patients' suffering and financial burden if applying sorbalgon dressing to nurse postoperative patients with complex anal fistual.it is worthy of clinical promotion.
