腹腔镜手术室人性化护理的应用探讨

An Investigation into Application of Humanistic Nursing in Laparoscopy Room

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术室人性化护理的应用。方法:选取130例腹腔镜手术患者,随机分为人性化组和常规组,分别给予人性化护理和常规护理干预,观察两组患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)。结果:护理前,两组患者上述指标均无统计学差异(P>0.05),经过护理,手术后两组患者SBP、DBP、HR均上升,且人性化组波动程度显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理干预,可显著降低患者血压、心率波动程度,降低不良事件发生率。

Objective:To investigate the application of humanistic nursing in laparoscopy room.Methods:130patients underwent laparoscopy were selected and were randomly divided into humanistic group and routine group,treat them with humanistic nursing and routine nursing respectively,observe SBP,DBP and HR of the patients in both group.Results:Before nursing,the differences between the 2groups in the indexes above was not statistically significant(P>0.05),after nursing,SBP,DBP and HR of the patients in both group all rose,and the fluctuation was obviously weaker than that in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic nursing can help to obviously lower patient's blood pressure and the fluctuation of HR and the occurrence of adverse incidents.
