建构主义学习理论在《妇产科学》教学中的初步应用研究

摘要 目的:研究将建构主义学习理论应用于《妇产科学》教学中的可行性,探索提高课程教学质量的新教学方法。方法:随机选取两个班级,1班为实验组,5班为对照组。对照组采用传统的教学方法;实验组采用建构主义理论指导下的教学方法。课程结束时,采用理论考试,问卷调查对教学效果进行评价。结果:实验组学生综合分析题成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。理论成绩的差异无统计学意义。90%学生认为能激发学习兴趣,88%学生认为能提高临床思维能力,86%学生认为加强了同学之间的团结和协作,88%学生认为分析、处理问题的能力得到提高。结论:通过建构主义理论教学方法与传统教学方法相比,前者更能提高学生学习的兴趣以及综合的能力。 Objective:To explore the application effects of the teaching method based on constructivism theory in'Obstetrics and gynecology'.Methods:Using cluster sampling method,clinical medicine students of grade 2010 were randomly divided into the experimental group(50students in 1classes)and the control group(44students in 5class).Scaffolding instruction,constructivism theory were applied to the experimental group while the traditional teaching method was applied to the control group.The theory examination was adopted after the course.Teaching satisfaction survey was fulfilled after the course.Results:The experimental group was significantly superior in the comprehensive analysis of the topic test scores compared with the control group(P<0.01).The experimental group was significantly on satisfaction of teaching.Conclusion:The application of teaching method based on constructivism theory in 'Obstetrics and gynecology'for clinical medicine students can improve teaching effectiveness.
