摘要
利用2个甘蓝型油菜自交系、4个隐性核不育二型系和1个温敏核不育系为材料,对新发现的隐性核不育材料029AB进行遗传分析,结果表明,029AB的育性由2对隐性不育基因控制,且其不育基因与隐性核不育二型系湘油402AB的不育基因等位,而与104AB、Z09AB和127AB等的不育基因不等位。这一结果说明029AB和湘油402AB的育性受同一遗传系统控制。利用与湘油402AB具有相同不育基因的温敏核不育系湘油402S与029AB进行正反交,结果表明,湘油402S和029AB二者的不育基因也具有等位性,且湘油402S的温敏基因对029AB的育性具有调控作用,进一步说明029AB的不育基因与湘油402AB的不育基因为等位基因。
The heredity of new recessive genic male sterile line 029 AB was analyzed with 2 inbreeding lines and 4 recessive genic male sterile lines and 1 thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line in Brassica napus as materials. The results showed that,the fertility of 029 AB was controlled by 2 couple of recessive genes and its male sterile genes were the allele of Xiang you 402 AB,a recessive genic male sterile line,while were not the allele of 104 AB,Z09AB and 127 AB,which showed that the fertility of 029 AB and Xiangyou 402 AB was controlled by the same genetic system. The reciprocal crosses between029 AB and Xiangyou 402 S,a thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line which had the same male sterile genes to Xiangyou402 AB,showed that the male sterile genes of Xiangyou 402 S and 029 A were allele as well,and the thermo-sensitive gene of Xiangyou 402 S could regulate the fertility of 029 A,which further verified the sterile genes of 029 A and Xiangyou 402 A were the allele.
