摘要
二烷基磷酸酯铝是制备油基压裂液的主要成分。研究了反应温度、时间、反应物加量及带水剂对合成产率及其稳定性的影响 ,得到合成二烷基磷酸酯铝的最佳反应条件是 :在常压 ,12 0℃下 ,将 10 0 g二烷基磷酸酯、4 2 g硫酸铝及 2 5mL带水剂混合并反应 5h ,产率为 95 % ,w(二烷基磷酸酯铝 ) =97.7%。
A liquid aluminum phosphate ester gelling agent comprising the reaction product of a dialkyl phosphate ester (PE) with aluminum sulfate and a solvent is widely used for stimulating oil and gas production.Factors influencing the synthesis are discussed and the best conditions are that the weight ratio of Al 3+ to PE is 1 0∶2 4,the reaction temperature is 120 ℃and the reaction time is 5 h.Yield of the product is over 95%.
