摘要
以壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚为原料 ,与顺酐酯化再与亚硫酸氢钠磺化 ,合成了壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸双酯磺酸钠。酯化反应适宜的反应条件为 :n(壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 )∶n(顺酐 ) =2 7∶1 0 ,酯化反应温度为 16 0℃ ,酯化时间为 6h ,压强在 1 3~ 8 0kPa,催化剂用量与顺酐量的质量比为0 0 4∶1 0 0 ;磺化反应适宜的反应条件为 :n(亚硫酸氢钠 )∶n(顺酐 ) =1 0 5∶1 0 0 ,在通氮气的条件下操作 ,磺化温度为 85℃ ,磺化时间为 3 2h。所得产品润湿力在
Nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether was esterified with maleic anhydride and then sulfonated with sodium bisulfite to form nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfosuccinic acid diester sodium salt.The proper reaction conditions were that,for the esterification,mole ratio of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether to maleic anhydride was 2 7∶1 0,reaction temperature was 160 ℃,esterification lasted for 6 h under pressure between 1 3-8 0 kPa,and the mass ratio of catalyst to maleic anhydride was 0 04∶1 00;for the sulfonation,mole ratio of sodium bisulfite to maleic anhydride was 1 05∶1 00,the sulfonation reaction was operated under the protection of nitrogen at 85 ℃ for 3 2 h.The wetting power of this product was about 10 s.
