酵母菌发酵人参药渣产物对肠道黏膜损伤小鼠肠道IgA分泌的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Ginseng Dregs Product Fermented by Yeast on Ig A Secretion of Intestinal Mucosal Injury in the Gut of Mice

摘要 将40只BALB/c小鼠随机分成4组,阴性对照组、阳性对照组、发酵后的人参药渣组和模型组.利用环磷酰胺腹腔注射方法构建小鼠的肠道黏膜损伤模型.饲喂一周后,记录各组小鼠体重变化情况,酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测肠黏膜SIg A、免疫印迹法(Western blotting)检测小肠Ig A的蛋白表达量.结果表明:发酵药渣组的小鼠料重比相对阴性性对照组显著降低(P<0.05),相对与模型组略低;发酵药渣可以显著促进肠道SIg A的分泌且Ig A蛋白表达量增加;药渣发酵后对可改善环磷酰胺诱导的小鼠肠黏膜损伤,并具有提高免疫能力的作用. Forty adult female mice were divided randomly into four groups equally,including normal group,model group,positive control group,ginseng dreges group. A mouse model of intestinal mucosal damage was induced by CTX injedtion. After one week,daily feed intake and daily gain were recoded to evaluate the growth performance,and the Body weight changes in mice. SIg Acontents in intestinal mucosa were detected by ELISA and Ig A protein expression was detected by Western blot. The feed conversion ratio of mice of fermentation product group was lower than positive control group significantly( P〈 0. 05),and lower than model group. The secretion of SIg A were dramatically enhanced in the mice from fermentation product group when compared with the mice from the model group, which was correlated with the enhancement of Ig A expression. Ginseng dregs product of fermentation can significantly protect the intestine mucosa in the mice from CTX- induced damage,and which have increased the role of immunity.
