椎动脉颅内段钙化与后循环脑梗死相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨椎动脉颅内段钙化与后循环脑梗死的相关性。方法将130例后循环脑梗死患者设为观察组,选取与病例组年龄及性别构成匹配的在我院健康体检者130例为对照组。比较梗死组与对照组钙化率的差异性。结果后循环脑梗死组比对照组有着更高的椎动脉颅内段钙化发生率(50%vs34.6%,P=0.012),两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论椎动脉颅内段钙化组比无钙化组更易发生脑梗死,临床中应该对头颅平扫CT中发现的椎动脉颅内段钙化加以重视。 Objective To study the clinical relationship between intracranial vertebral arterycalcification and posterior circulation cerebral infarction(PCI).Methods Select a total of 130 hospitalized patients with circulation cerebral infarction.Other 130 health people were selected to be control group with matched age and sex frequencies.ResultsThe incidences of calcification in group with PCI were higher compared with those of the control group.The incidence of calcification had stistical significance compared between in the two groups(P〈0.01).Conclusion The calcification group is more likely to develop posterior circulation cerebral infarction than the non-calcification group.we should pay attention to the imaging of Intracranial vertebral artery calcification by the cranial CT scanning.
