彩色多普勒超声心动图在完全型肺静脉畸形引流诊断中的临床应用价值

Application Value of Color Doppler in the Diagnosis of Congenital Pulmonary Venous Anomalous Connection

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图在诊断完全型肺静脉畸形引流中的临床应用价值。方法对我院诊断的8例完全型肺静脉畸形引流患者的超声声像图进行分析。结果 8例经超声诊断为完全型肺静脉畸形引流的患者,经手术证实的患者超声检查均可见左心房明显缩小,彩色多普勒未显示任一支肺静脉血流引流入左心房,5例显示共同肺静脉腔并可测及高速静脉血流频谱,4例合并有其他畸形。结论彩色多普勒超声心动图检查对于诊断完全型肺静脉畸形引流具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To discuss the application value of color Doppler in the diagnosis of congenital pulmonary venous anomalous connection.Methods The ultrasonogram of 8 congenital pulmonary venous anomalous connection patients were collected and analyzed.Results 8 cases were confirmed by postoperation pathology withdraw.Ultrasound findings showed that 1eft atrium of patients confirmed by postoperation pathology reduced significantly.No pulmonary vein was observed inflow into left atrium5 cases with common pulmonary vein showed high-speed vein spectrum and 4 cases combined with other malformations.Conclusion Color Doppler has important clinical application value for the diagnosis of congenital pulmonary venous anomalous connection.
