摘要 目的探讨种植过程中上颌窦提升时窦底黏膜意外穿孔的修补对策。方法 2012年1月至2014年12月15例上颌后牙区种植患者,因骨高度不足,种植过程中经牙槽嵴顶上颌窦底提升时,窦底黏膜意外穿孔。均未放弃种植,采用生物膜修补,植入人工骨粉,同期植入种植体。结果只有1例因感染失败,其余14例种植体均经X线验证取得临床骨结合,并进行了义齿修复,获得成功。结论上颌窦提升时窦底黏膜意外穿孔不用放弃种植,采用生物膜修补,植入人工骨粉,同期植入种植体是可行的,但要预防感染。 Objective To evaluate the process of planting,maxillary sinus ascends the bottom of the sinus musoca perforation repair countermeasures accidentally.Methods Between January 2012 and December 2014,three years between 15 patients with maxillary teeth after planting,due to insufficient bone height,grow regularly alveolar process maxillary sinus ascends,the bottom of sinus mucosa accidental perforation,did not give up planting,biological membrane repair implantation of artificial bone,at the same time implanted implant.Results Only 1 case failed because of infection,the rest of 14 cases of implants were verified by X-ray in clinical bone union,and the denture,succeed.Conclusion Maxillary sinus promotion out the bottom of the sinus mucosa perforation don't give up planting,biological membrane repair,implantation of artificial bone,at the same time implanted implant is feasible,but to prevent infection.
