摘要 目的通过对子宫内膜样腺癌DNA倍体检测,分析其与骨桥蛋白(OPN)在子宫内膜样腺癌中表达率的相关性,进一步探讨子宫内膜样腺癌侵袭与转移的分子生物学机制。方法采用免疫组化及流式细胞术方法对94例癌组织和20例正常组织进行检测。结果 (1)OPN在正常组织表达率(30.0%)低于癌组织(78.8%,P<0.01),OPN表达强度随着癌组织肌层浸润深度的增加而增强。(2)癌组织的DNA异倍体率与OPN阳性率呈正相关。结论肿瘤的发生进展是个复杂的过程,而癌细胞分泌的OPN及其DNA异倍体共同反映了肿瘤的演化过程,联合检测上述指标对于评估子宫内膜腺癌患者的恶性程度和预后判断具有重要参考价值。 Objective This study aimed to investigate DNA ploidy and the expression of OPN in the endometrioid adenocarcinoma for the view of neoplasm heterogeneity,to explore the machinery of molecular biology and genetics for the endometrioid adenocarcinoma.Methods 1 Immunohistochemical SP methods,we examined 94 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma,20 cases normal endometrium,2 Flow cytometry,Flow cytometry DNA ploidy analysis was performed on94 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissue with the use of paraffin-embeded sections.Results 1the positive rate(78.8%)of OPN in the endometrioid adenocarcinoma higher than that(30.0%)of normal endometrium.There is a positive relationship of OPN expression with muscles invasion depth.2 There is a positive relationship of DNA ploidy with the expression of OPN.Conclusion OPN and DNA ploidy participate in the program for tumor progression together.
