摘要
木素磺酸盐是目前使用最为广泛的普通减水剂之一 ,它与水泥的适应性及缓凝机理一直是人们关注的问题。综述了木素磺酸盐的缓凝作用机理 ,包括吸附缓凝理论、络合缓凝理论、成核生成抑制缓凝理论和沉淀缓凝理论等 ,论述了木素磺酸盐对水泥异常凝结的影响原因与改进措施。
Lignosulfonate is one of the most widely used water reducers.The retarding mechanism of ligonsulfonate and its adaptability with cement are the problems concerned in its application.In this paper,the retarding mechanism of ligonsulfonate is summarized.There are four primary retarding mechanisms of ligonsulfonate:adsorption retardation,complexation retardation,nucleus formation inhibition retardation and deposition retardation.The reason of abnormal setting of cement and the effect of ligonsulfonate on abnormal setting are analyzed.The modifications of ligonsulfonate and methods of avoiding abnormal setting of cement and improving early stage strength are also introduced.
