摘要
为研究Cr12插铣切削过程的需要,对插铣铣削力进行测量试验,采用正交试验方法,得到三向铣削力的数学模型,并对此模型进行了试验验证,其结果反映出切削过程中切削力的变化规律及切削用量对切削力的影响。
In order to research plunge cutting process of Cr12, the plunger milling force is tested. By using the orthogonal experimental design, the mathematic model of three direction milling force is deduced. And this mathematic model is verified in experiment. The results prove the change rule of cutting force and the influence of cutting parameters on cutting force in cutting process.
