摘要
针对海洋绞车液压盘式刹车的控制要求,通过对其液压控制系统结构的分析,构建了盘闸液压控制系统的AM ESim仿真模型。根据海洋绞车不同工况,设置相应的模型参数及仿真参数,模拟海洋绞车液压盘式制动系统正常松闸、正常抱闸、二级制动3种不同工况下控制阀的动作顺序,得到液压缸油压、活塞位移、制动正压力的动态响应曲线。仿真结果与实际运行情况相符,为海洋绞车液压盘式刹车系统性能改进与完善提供了参考。
To meet the control requirements of hydraulic disc brake for the Marine winch, this paper analyzes the hydraulic disc brake hydraulic control system structure. The AMESim simulation model of hydraulic control system is built.According to different conditions of marine winch, the model parameters and simulation parameters is set to simulate hydraulic disc brake system of marine winch under four different conditions, namely normal brake release, the normal brake, an emergency brake, secondary brake. We obtain the dynamic response curves of the hydraulic cylinder, the piston displacement, positive pressure brake. The simulation results correspond with the actual operation,this study provides reference for performance improvement of hydraulic disc brake hydraulic control system of marine winches.
