摘要
在普通矩形百叶窗的基础上提出一种新型的斜针形百叶窗翅片,并建立了空气在斜针形百叶窗内流动的三维数值计算模型。将数值计算结果与经验关联式进行比较,雷诺数在600~1200的范围内,其j、f因子的平均偏差分别为2.06%、13.46%,并得到斜针形百叶窗翅片窗翅的最佳布置方式,在此基础上,进一步分析了百叶窗倾角θ对斜针形百叶窗翅片流动和传热的影响,其分析结果为百叶窗式散热器的设计优化提供理论依据。
An oblique needle louver structure is proposed based on the rectangle louver, and the three dimensional models of louvered fin is established. The numerical results are compared with the empirical correlations. The results show the average error of factor j and factor f is 2.06 % and 13.46%, the Reynolds number ReLPis in the range of 400 ~1200.And the best arrangement of the oblique needle louver fins is obtained. On this basis, the different of louver angle of the oblique needle louver fins is analyzed, and the analysis results provide theoretical basis for the louver radiator design.
