摘要
根据结晶器足辊的实际工作状况,利用有限元软件建立足辊与铸坯的综合三维模型,并对其进行热分析,得到足辊的温度场分布。在温度场分析的基础上,对足辊施加机械载荷,得到足辊在热载荷和机械载荷共同作用下的耦合应力场。根据分析得到的温度场及应力场对足辊进行失效分析。
According to the actual working condition of mould foot roll, finite element software is used to establish a comprehensive three-dimensional model of the foot roll and slab. The temperature field distribution of the foot roller is obtained by the thermal analysis of the foot roller. Based on the analysis of the temperature field, the mechanical load is applied to the foot roll, and the coupling stress field is obtained under the action of the thermal load and mechanical load.According to the analysis of the temperature field and stress field, failure analysis of the foot roller is carried out.
