摘要
机载电子设备风冷散热的冷却效果与流场有密切关系,必须合理设计流道并分配气流。文中利用FloEFD软件对某机载电子设备改进前后的结构进行了流场仿真分析,优化了电子设备流场分布,有效降低了设备流阻,同时提高了流量分配的均匀性。结果表明,基于FloEFD的电子设备流场仿真技术可以有效缩短研发周期,很大程度上提高了电子设备设计水平。
Air cooling effect of airborne electronics equipment is affected by flow field, so the flow passage must be designed reasonably to distribute air flow. Flow field of improved structure and original structure of an airborne electronics equipment configuration are simulated based on FloEFD software. Flow field distribution of electronics equipment is optimized, and flow resistance is reduced effectively. Uniformity of flow distribution is advanced. The results show that flow field simulation technique based on FloEFD can shorten research and development periods effectively and improve design level of electronics equipment greatly.
