摘要
为使滚筒式自动炒菜机的电机表面温升小于40K,运用Icepak软件对优化前后结构的温度场进行了模拟仿真,然后对优化前后结构进行实验验证。结果表明,优化后结构的电机表面极限温升降为21K,电机工作环境温度得到了大幅下降,很好地解决了滚筒式自动炒菜机的电机散热问题。
In order to assure that the temperature rise of the motor surface is less than 40 K on the automatic cooking machine with rotary drum, temperature fields of optimized structure and unoptimized structure are simulated by the Icepak software. And then, the optimized structure and unoptimized structure are verified by experiments. Results show that the temperature rise limit of the motor surface falls to 21 K, and the temperature of the working environment on the motor gets a sharp drop. It is a good solution to solve the problem of the motor heat transfer on the automatic cooking machine with rotary drum.
