摘要
车架是整车的承重部件,针对现有AGV托盘车的车架进行有限元分析,根据分析结果,对车架进行了优化设计,使车架减重约19%,同时车架焊接工艺性更好,为托盘车车架设计提供了依据。
The frame is load bearing part of the truck. The finite element analysis of the frame of the existing AGV pallet truck is carried out. According to the analysis results, the frame is optimized. The weight of the frame reduces about 19%.And the welding technology of frame is better than before. It provides the basis for the design of the pallet truck frame.
