摘要
利用UGNX7.5和HyperWorks两种软件对平衡轴分别进行实体建模和强度分析,有限元分析结果表明此方法与路试结果相吻合,同时也为平衡轴强度计算提供了可靠依据,为进行不同类型平衡轴的有限元分析和优化设计提供参考,大大提高了平衡轴设计开发的效率与精度。
UGNX7.5 and HyperWorks software are used to build trunnion shaft model and analyze its strength. Finite element analysis results show that this method is agreement with test results. The results provide reliable basis for the trunnion shaft strength calculation. and provide reference for finite element analysis and optimization design of different types trunnion shaft. The design efficiency and accuracy of trunnion shaft are greatly improved.
