摘要
分析了传统负载敏感控制的特点,结合海洋环境作业的特殊工况,对海洋起重机液压系统提出了新的性能要求,据此提出了一种新型的电控负载敏感系统,并应用于海洋折臂式起重机。经测试,此电控负载敏感系统具备快速启动的特性,系统的主压力从待机状态上升至设定值14MPa仅需1.6s;此系统配备的压力补偿器可以保证流向各执行器的流量的稳定性,随负载的波动率仅6.0%。
The characteristics of traditional load sensitive system are analyzed, the special working conditions in seas are also considered, and the new requirements for the hydraulic systems of marine cranes are proposed. A novel electronic load sensitive system is proposed and applied in marine cranes. This new system can be quickly started, its main pressure can reach the setting pressure 140 bar within 1.6s from idle state, and the pressure compensators in this new system can ensure the stability of flow to each actuator, the fluctuating rate can reach to 6.0%.
