摘要
注胶工艺在龙门雕铣机床床身与立柱的固定装配定位、高速直联主轴与主轴伺服电机的同轴定位、Z向滑动注胶导轨和整机精度保证等方面的应用显现出高效方便的工艺特性,根据该工艺的要求,需将机床结构进行相应的设计改进,以便于充分利用注胶工艺性能特点,解决机床精度调整与注胶结合面刚度和稳定性的问题,提出了注胶工艺缺陷防治的技术。
Injecting positioning technology shows characteristics of high efficiency and convenience while it is applied in fixing assembly positioning between machine bed and column of gantry engraving and milling machines, and the coaxial positioning between direct high-speed spindle and spindle servo motor. Also, this technology can ensure high precision of Z axis injecting adhesive slide guideway and the complete machine. In accordance with the requirement of this technique process, machine structure design should be improved to solve machine precision adjustment, rigidity and stability of injecting adhesive bonding surface. Defect prevention of injecting positioning technology is proposed.
