摘要
第三代核电技术AP1000某机组控制棒驱动机构安装过程中,安装单位发现其中一个钩爪壳体组件内孔孔径超差,致使导向隔热套无法装入。文中针对该钩爪壳体组件内孔孔径超差的不符合项,对产生超差的原因进行了分析,并介绍了珩磨返工方案和结果。
During the installation of AP1000 nuclear power plant control rod drive mechanism, the installation supplier found the Guide Sleeve could not be put into one of the latch housing assemblies due to the deviation of the inner diameter of this latch housing assembly. This paper studies the causes of the inner diameter deviation of the latch housing assembly.The honing rework plan and rework result are also presented in this paper.
