摘要
介绍了一种新型片弹簧的结构特点及弹簧载荷-变形要求,分析了其制造难点,通过ANSYS有限元软件分析刚度特性,讨论了相关参数变化对其性能的影响,并通过实验验证了有限元模型的正确性。通过调整尺寸参数及热处理过程控制,使弹簧尺寸及特性曲线符合使用要求。
This article introduces structure features of a new-type leaf spring and spring load-deformation requirement,analyzes its manufacturing difficult. Finite element analysis software is used to analyze its stiffness characteristics to discuss the influence of related parameters on its performance. The correctness of the finite element model is verified by experiment. The size parameters are adjusted, and heat treatment process is controlled to realize satisfactory characteristic curve and size of spring.
