天津高银117大厦无石棉纤维水泥吸声压力板墙面系统研究与应用

摘要 大型项目的功能设备房间对防火、隔声等诸多方面有严格的要求。提出并应用了一种基于无石棉纤维水泥吸声压力板、离心玻璃棉、轻钢龙骨3种材料的墙面系统,相对于传统墙面隔声材料,其具有轻质、牢固、不燃、隔声、耐久等优势,不仅能满足大型项目功能设备房间的各项技术要求,而且还有施工方便、质量易控等诸多优点。经天津高银117大厦工程功能设备机房墙面实际应用,其效果良好。 The functional equipment rooms for large projects have strict requirements for fire prevention,sound insulation and many aspects. In this paper,the one of wall systems is proposed and applied based on non-asbestos fiber cement sound absorption pressure plate,centrifugal glass wool,light steel keel,compared with the traditional wall insulation material, which has the advantages of light weight,firmness,no burning,sound insulation,durability and other advantages,non-asbestos fiber cement sound absorption pressure plate wall system can not only meet all the technical requirements of the functional equipment room for large projects,but also has two major advantages which are convenient construction and easy to control quality. According to practical application of function equipment room wall of Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building engineering,the effect is good.
