摘要
武汉中心工程塔楼采用1台ZSL1250塔式起重机及1台M900D塔式起重机施工,塔楼顶部为由异形复杂空间桁架组成的塔冠结构。详细介绍了武汉中心工程2台塔式起重机拆除过程中基于复杂塔冠结构的优化及措施技术,即结合塔冠整体建模分析,优化了措施塔式起重机选型及基础布置方案;结合塔冠结构受力特点,设计了合理的措施塔式起重机基础。
A ZSL1250 tower crane and a M900 D tower crane are used in tower construction of Wuhan Center project,tower crown structure is composed of complex shaped space truss at the top of the tower.This paper introduces the optimization and technical measures of Wuhan Center project in the demolition process of the two tower cranes based on complex tower crown structure,that is to say,selection and foundation layout scheme of measure tower crane are optimized based on ensemble modeling analysis of tower crown,reasonable foundation of measure tower crane is designed based on stress characteristics of tower crown structure.
