摘要
顶模系统因其施工效率高、操作安全、顶升智能化等优点,在越来越多的超高层建筑核心筒施工中被广泛应用。顶模系统由动力控制系统、挂架系统、模板系统、支撑系统、桁架平台系统5部分组成。从顶模系统的动力及支撑结构安装、桁架平台结构安装、挂架结构安装的方法施工技术措施等方面,提出若干施工建议,以便指导顶模结构的安装施工。
The formwork jacking system is widely used in the core tube construction of super tall buildings because of some advantages including high construction efficiency,operational safety and intelligent jacking system and so on. This kind of formwork jacking system consists of dynamic control system,hanging rack system,formwork system,support system,truss system. This paper puts forward some construction suggestions from installation technology aspects of above mentioned systems in order to guide installation construction of formwork jacking structure.
