摘要
金融街(月坛)中心项目1~5号办公楼采用钢外框-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构,核心筒内外均采用钢结构。其核心筒构件数量繁多、平面分布不一、安装空间狭小、主梁节点区钢筋与H形埋件连接复杂、吊装工作面处于爬模正下方、吊装工序后于爬模爬升。针对组合结构的施工难点,介绍了核心筒构件高效率吊装方法,以及组合节点区钢筋与H形埋件连接节点深化设计、屋面起重机安装及拆除工艺。
The steel frame-reinforced concrete core tube structure is used in the No. 1 ~ 5 office towers construction of Beijing Financial Street( Yuetan) Center project,steel structures are used for the internal and external core tube. Installation of steel beams within the shaft in climbing formwork construction of core tube exists various difficulties,including large numbers of steel structural parts of core tube,various plan distribution,narrow installation space,complicated connection between steel bars in joint zone and H-shaped embedded parts, hoisting face being directly below the climbing formwork at operation,climbing formwork climbing preceded hoisting process. Based on construction difficulties of composite structure,this paper introduces the high efficient hoisting method of core tube components,the detailed design of the connection joints between steel bars in composite joint zone and H-shaped embedded parts,installation and demolition of roof crane.
