基于Hough变换和系统聚类法的风洞轮廓识别算法

摘要 5.5m×4m声学风洞是国家重点工程,洞体内型面精度要求高,质量控制难度大。为解决风洞内型面截面轮廓线识别拟合问题,提出了一种基于Hough变换原理和聚类分析的共线轮廓点的识别算法,之后利用最小二乘法原理实现轮廓线的精确拟合。试验仿真和工程实践证明,该方法可以有效识别拟合大尺寸、截面形式复杂的多边形风洞截面轮廓线。 5. 5m × 4m wind tunnel is a key national project,the wind-tunnel-inner surface has high precision and building difficulty. This paper puts forward a recognition algorithm based on Hough transform and hierarchical cluster method to identify the polygonal contour of wind tunnel,then,fits the line with least square method. The test simulation and engineering practice shows that the method can effectively identify and fit the contour of the polygonal section of wind tunnel with large size and complicated cross section.
