摘要
苏州中心广场内圈购物中心钢结构主要包括中庭钢结构、大鸟屋面两部分,中庭结构位于运行中的地铁1号线正上方,大鸟形屋面结构横贯结构全部区域,覆盖整个中庭、南北区结构楼层上方。为满足钢结构施工需要,需安装塔式起重机,但塔式起重机拆卸过程工作量大,安全施工面临严峻考验,特别是在已完成钢结构上拆除塔式起重机是相当复杂的课题。主要介绍了复杂作业条件下塔式起重机拆除技术。
The shopping center in Suzhou Centre Square mainly includes the atrium steel structure and bird-shaped roof,and the atrium steel structure locates above the running metro line 1 and the birdshaped roof cover all of structure including the whole atrium and the south-north structure. To satisfy steel structure demand,tower crane need to be installed. But the amount of demolish of tower crane is big,so the construction safety control is difficult,especially above the finished steel structure. The paper mainly introduces demolishing of tower crane on complex working condition.
