老新村墙板房外立面改造施工技术

Construction Technology of Outer Facade Retrofitting of the Old Village Wall Panel

苏州的老新村主要是在20世纪七八十年代建造,苏州市区内1995年前建造的老新村住宅面积约为300万m2,其建筑结构大多为砖混结构和墙板房,由于缺少有效的管理和维护,这些老新村年久失修,外立面较为破旧且渗漏较多,影响居住环境和城市形象。本文主要阐述了墙板房外立面改造中预制墙板缝隙的处理与质量控制,及对修缮过程中安全防护工作的处理,是对本次改造工程的一次总结。

The old village of Suzhou was mainly constructed in the 1970 s and 1980 s. The building area of the old village constructed before 1995 s is about 3million square meters. Most of structures of the village are brick and concrete structure and wall panels. Since lack of effective management and maintenance,the facade of the village is shabby and leaking,which affect the living environment and the beauty of Suzhou. This paper mostly describes the process and quality control of the reconstruction of the facade of the village in leaking. During this restoration work and the security process,this transformation is a summary of the project.
