摘要
浸没燃烧法属于高效低污染的技术,LNG气化工艺中的SCV装置采用浸没燃烧法。本文介绍了浸没燃烧法的基本原理和应用,列出中国LNG接收站的建设情况和气化方案。重点介绍了SCV的工作原理和系统构成,分别从燃烧器、换热管束和传热传质3个方面分析了SCV的技术和难点。
Submerged combustion technology has the advantage of high efficiency and low pollution. It has been used to vaporize the LNG in the LNG terminal. This article introduces the basic principles of submerged combustion and its applications, and then lists the LNG terminals under construction in China and their vaporization methods. We Ibcus on the working principles and system components of the submerged combustion vaporizer (SCV) by analyzing its key technical points from the following aspects: combustor, tube bundle, and mass transfer.
