针刺端输出爆轰雷管在传爆序列中起爆特性仿真 被引量:1

摘要 为了某榴弹引信爆炸序列优化设计提供参考,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件分析了直径φ4.87 mm针刺端输出爆轰雷管的约束条件对其起爆特性的影响。数值仿真表明:采用雷管套结构,不仅能够使雷管可靠引爆导爆管,还有助于减轻引信重量,雷管输出威力随雷管套厚度增加而增大;雷管套材料对雷管轴向输出威力影响较大;当雷管套底厚超过1mm后,增加雷管套底厚并不能增加雷管轴向输出威力;击发体对雷管的爆轰也有一定的衰减作用;击发体上导爆管输入端厚度增加到0.65 mm时,雷管不再能引爆导爆管。 In order to provide a reference for optimization design of the explosive train in grenade fuze, the influence of constraints factors on detonation of Ф4.87mm acupuncture detonating detonator were analyzed by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The simulation shows that by using detonator set structure, not only the lead was ignited reliably, but also the weight of fuze was reduced. The output of detonator increased with the increase of thickness of detonator set structure. Material of detonator set structure impact the output power obviously. Increasing the bottom thickness of detonator set structure can not increase the output power when thickness exceeds 1 mm. Firing body also has certain effect on attenuation of detonation. When the thickness of firing body top increased to 0.65 mm, detonator cannot detonate lead.
