某复杂发射环境用延期点火装置设计研究

摘要 为满足高膛压、高过载等复杂发射条件下的延期点火,对某延期点火装置内部结构、传火通道、转换通道进行了设计,并对点火药进行了筛选。研究结果表明,所设计的延期装置满足平原和高原两种发射环境,且在高膛压、高过载条件下具有较高的延期精度。 In order to meet with the delay ignition requirement under the complicated launch environment, such as high boring pressure, high overload, etc, the research conducted special design for the internal structure, flash channel and the switching channel of the delay ignition device, and performed screening for ignition powders .The research results demonstrated that the designed delay device can satisfy the launch environment on the plateau and on the plain, and has high delay precision under the conditions of high boring pressure and high overload.
