新经济背景下,文化与科技融合是文化产业和经济发展的必然途径。发展新型文化产业,以科技推动文化进步,用文化促进科技发展,提高文化产业规模化、专业化水平是文化产业改革的重要内容。目前国内文化与科技的融合相对发达国家还落后,尚需不断提高新文化的自主创新意识和创新能力,建立应有的制度体系以及培养兼备文化与科技的复合型人才,研究了文化与科技融合的内涵,介绍其发展机理和模式,并深入研究构建我国文化与科技如何发展的途径与对策。

under the background of new economy, culture and the integration of science and technology is the necessary way of cultural industry and economic development. Development of new cultural industry, to promote cultural progress of science and technology, to use culture to promote the development of science and technology, improve the level of culture industry scale, specialization is the important content of the reform of the cultural industry. At present domestic culture and the fusion of science and technology is relatively developed countries still lag behind, still need to constantly improve the independent innovation consciousness and innovation ability of the new culture, establish a system of systems and cultivate interdisciplinary talents with culture and science and technology, this paper studies the connotation of culture and the integration of science and technology, introduces its development mechanism and model, and further study of how to build our country culture and science and technology development way and countermeasure.
