20世纪80年代末以来,保加利亚的科技创新在转型背景下曲折发展。步入欧盟一体化轨道后,保加利亚获得欧盟资助,科技创新获得新动力。近年来,保加利亚经济形势好转,部分产业为创新提供动力。"16+1"合作机制以及"一带一路"倡议为中国与保加利亚在内的中东欧国家创新合作提供了更多机遇。
The scientific and technological （S＆T） innovation in Bulgaria developed tortuously from the 1980s. Bulgaria got funding from EU after joining the EU, that promoted its S＆T innovation. With the improvement of Bulgaria＇s economy in recent years, some industry provided more power for the innovation. ＂16-b 1＂ and ＇One Belt and One Road＂ brought more opportunity for the cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries including Bulgaria.
