从长期生存角度看快速康复外科在结直肠癌患者中的临床应用 被引量：18

摘要 20世纪60年代外科医生发现这样的现象：某些肿瘤患者在原发肿瘤切除后迅速发生远处转移,手术似乎加速转移病灶的发生.这其中涉及到多方面的机制.首先,大量证据表明术中挤压可导致癌症细胞脱落进人血液或淋巴循环.因此,快速康复外科提倡微创手术,特别是对结肠癌患者建议腹腔镜手术以减少术中对肿瘤的挤压.
