肾上腺偶发瘤的影像学诊断与治疗进展 被引量：9

摘要 目前将临床症状不明显、直径等于或大于1 cm、因非肾上腺影像学检查意外发现的肾上腺肿瘤统称为肾上腺偶发瘤（adrenal incidentaloma,AI）[1]。随着影像学检查在临床诊断中的应用日益广泛,AI的检出率也逐渐增高[2-3]。在无原发恶性肿瘤病史的患者中,AI绝大部分均为良性[3-4]。但因肾上腺是肿瘤转移的常见部位之一,故对于有原发恶性肿瘤病史的患者,一旦发现其肾上腺部位出现肿块,
