摘要
目的:探讨早期应用低频电刺激股四头肌对全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)后患者膝关节功能的影响。方法:将2014年10月—2015年2月在复旦大学附属中山医院骨科行TKA的42例患者随机分为治疗组(n=21)和对照组(n=21)。对照组采用康复训练疗法;治疗组除康复训练疗法外,同时应用低频电刺激股四头肌。在康复治疗1周后采用视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、美国膝关节协会评分(American Knee Society knee scoring system,KSS)及肿胀程度相对值等进行相关评价。结果:康复治疗1周后,2组VAS评分、肿胀程度、疼痛、关节活动范围等功能方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);而关节稳定性等功能方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TKA术后早期应用低频电刺激股四头肌可明显改善TKA术后患者的膝关节功能。
Objective:To explore the effects of early low frequency electrical stimulation on knee functions after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods:A total of 42 patients,who underwent TKA in Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University during Oct.2014 and Feb.2015,were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=21)and the control group(n=21).Patients in the control group were treated with rehabilitation exercise,while patients in the treatment group were treated with low frequency electrical stimulation of quadriceps on the basis of rehabilitation exercise.The evaluation was conducted by using visual analogue scale(VAS),American Knee Society knee scoring system(KSS)and absolute value of swelling degree 1 week after the treatment.Results:One week after the rehabilitation treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups regarding the value of VAS,swelling degree,pain,and range of motor(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).However,there was no significant difference regarding joint stability between the two groups(P〉0.05).Conclusions:Early low frequency electrical stimulation of quadriceps can significantly improve knee functions after TKA.
