摘要
依据偏析法提纯原理,运用坩埚中存在稳定的温度梯度和减少富集层厚度特性,自行设计一台旋转偏析装置,利用该仪器对工业原铝进行大量的旋转偏析提纯实验。结果表明,净化铝在整个结晶过程中由内向外相当于一个定向凝固过程,共晶杂质由内向外不断排放而包晶杂质与其相反。同时该仪器在一定程度上可以降低共晶杂质的含量和相应的有效分凝系数,且随着转速的提高其提纯效果越明显。
The equipment was designed on the basis of the segregation method and the characteristics of both thermal gradient stability and reducing enrichment layer in crucible.After the equipment was used to purify aluminum ingot,it was found that purification of aluminum was a directional solidification process from the inside to the outside in the crystallization process,and eutectic impurities discharge from the inside out while peritectic impurities were the opposite.The equipment could reduce the content of eutectic impurities and the corresponding effective segregation coefficient.The effect of purification was much more obvious with the speed increases.
