摘要
根据大豆乳清废水特性,直接发酵热带假丝酵母、产朊假丝酵母、白假丝酵母、皱褶假丝酵母、白地霉、蓝莓酵母、核酸酵母、酒精酵母等8种酵母菌,其中产朊假丝酵母的产量最大。对产朊假丝酵母利用大豆乳清废水培养条件进行优化,确定了装液量为20%、接种量5%、培养温度28℃、培养时间22h为适宜条件,优化后其菌体干重产量达到3.26g/L,粗蛋白量为36.1%(菌干重),单细胞蛋白产量达到1.18g/L。乳清废水中COD和BOD5去除率分别达到67.6%和63.2%。
According to the characteristics of soybean whey waste water,Candida tropicalis,Candida utilis,Candida albicans,Candida rugosa,Geotrichum candidum,Blueberry yeast,nucleic acid yeast and Saccharomyces cerevisiae were selected for single-cell protein production,in which the yield of C.utilis was the highest.The culture condition in soybean whey wastewater for C.utilis was optimized.The results showed that the yeast yield,crud protein content and production of single cell protein could reach to 3.26g/L,36.1%(dry weight)and 1.18g/L respectively when the volume was20%,inoculum was 5%,temperature was at 28 ℃,and culture time was 22 h.In those conditions,removal rate of COD and BOD5 was up to 67.6% and 63.2%respectively.
