甘草总黄酮的制备及其抗皮肤老化功能 被引量:4

摘要 研究了甘草植物各部位的甘草总黄酮分布和药渣中甘草总黄酮的提取方法,并探索了甘草总黄酮对皮肤细胞的毒性及其抗老化功能。结果表明,甘草植物各部位中甘草总黄酮的含量分布由多到少依次是叶、根、果实、茎。从甘草根药渣中可提取3%的总黄酮,接近于甘草直接提取总黄酮的量。甘草总黄酮的质量浓度在1和10μg/mL时,皮肤细胞正常生长,但在100μg/mL时,细胞存活量低于25%,说明高浓度的甘草总黄酮抑制细胞生长。甘草总黄酮明显抑制UVB导致的皮肤细胞胶原蛋白分解酶(MMP-L1)的生成,甘草总黄酮质量浓度在1和10μg/mL时,将MMP-L1的生成分别降低23%和56%,说明其具有抗皮肤老化功能。 The distribution and extraction of licorice flavonoids in liquorice were studied,and their toxicity against skin-cells and anti-skin-aging activity were determined.The descending content of licorice flavonoids in liquorice was leaf,root,fruit and stem.3% of licorice flavonoids could be extracted from the root residue,which was close to that from root.The normal growth of skin cells were observed when the licorice flavonoid concentration was 1and 10μg/mL,but only 25% of active skin cells were obtained when the concentration was 100 μg/mL.Licorice flavonoids inhibit the formation of collagen-protein-hydrolase induced by UVB.Its production was decreased by 23% and56% respectively when flavonoids content was 1 and 10 μg/mL,suggested that it had the anti-skin-aging function.
