摘要
以磷钨酸和十二胺聚氧乙烯醚为原料,去离子水为溶剂,在90℃条件下反应24h,合成了一类聚醚熔盐离子液体,将其用于微晶纤维素的水解反应。在最佳条件下,以离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐作为纤维素溶剂,十二胺聚氧乙烯醚/磷钨酸二氢根离子液体作为催化剂进行了水解反应,总还原糖收率最高达78%。这类新型的离子液体能够充分发挥聚醚类表面活性剂的乳化作用和杂多酸的催化性能,是理想的酸性离子液体。
A new type of ionic liquid was synthesized for the hydrolysis of microcrystalline cellulose with heteropoly acid and dodecanamine ethoxylate as substrate and ionic water as solvent at 90 ℃for24 h. The total reducing sugar yield was up to 78% when the hydrolysis of cellulose in1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate was catalyzed by this ionic liquid.Such ionic liquid could show sufficient performance for emulsification of polyether surfactants and catalytic activity of the heteropoly acid.
