摘要
为满足LED灯具老化检验的需求,设计一种自动测试系统,采用光参数采集设备和电参数采集设备,通过计算机控制光栏筒和光学传感器的移动,以及普通电源与带采集模块的电源之间的切换,定时获取各个灯具的光参数和电参数,实现无人值守的多灯在线老化测试功能。
In order to meet the needs of the long time aging test of LED lamps, an automatic test system is designed by using only one set of optical parameters acquisition device and one set of electrical parameters acquisition device. By computer controlling the movement of the aperture tube and optical sensor, and switching between normal power supply and the power supply with a collection module, the acquisition optical and electrical parameters from each lamp at the set time can be achieved. The unattended function of the multi - lamp - online - aging test is meeted.
