摘要
通过响应面法对褐藻酸降解菌ZGR-13发酵产酶的培养条件进行了优化。该株褐藻酸降解菌ZGR-13的最适培养条件为:玉米浆质量分数1.85%,酵母膏质量分数0.92%,褐藻酸钠质量分数0.4%,NaCl质量分数3%,FeSO4质量分数0.01%,混合碳源质量分数3%,接种量9%。在最适条件下,菌株的最大酶活理论上可达57.61U/mL。
Fermentation conditions of alginic-decomposing bacteria ZGR-13 were optimized by response surface methodology.The optimal composition of medium for alginate-decomposing bacteria ZGR-13 was as follows:corn steep liquor 1.85%,yeast extract 0.92%,sodium alginate 0.4%,NaCl 3%,FeSO40.01%,composited carbon 3%,inoculum dose 9%.Under the condition,the enzyme activity in culture flow was 57.61U/mL.
