摘要
对9株益生菌(4株芽孢杆菌、3株乳酸菌、1株酵母菌和1株光合细菌)混合发酵的培养基配方以及培养条件进行了优化。结果表明,最佳混合发酵的培养基配方为:葡萄糖10g/L,可溶性淀粉15g/L,蛋白胨10g/L,酵母膏2.5g/L,乙酸钠5g/L,柠檬酸三铵2g/L,K2HPO40.15g/L,MgSO40.2g/L,MnSO40.05g/L,吐温80 1mL,蒸馏水1L;最佳培养条件为接种量3%,发酵温度25℃,初始pH 6.5-7.0,装液量为250mL瓶装50mL液体,转速180r/min。微生态制剂活菌数可达4.4×109 cfu/mL,是优化前的2倍。
Nine strains of probiotics including four strains of Bacillus sp.,three strains of Lactobacillus,one strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and one strain of photosynthetic bacteria were optimized the mixed fermented media component and the fermented conditions.The results showed that the optimal mixed fermented media component were as follows:Glucose 10g/L,soluble starch15g/L,peptone 10g/L,yeast extract 2.5g/L,NaCOOH 5g/L,triammonium citrate 2g/L,K2HPO40.15g/L,MgSO40.2g/L,MnSO40.05g/L,Tween 80 1mL,water 1L.The best mixed fermented conditions were inoculum dose 3%,fermented temperature 25 ℃,initial pH 6.5-7.0,the volume of liquid 50 mL per 250 mL,180r/min.The probiotics' viable count could be reach to 4.4×109 cfu/mL,which was 2times higher than before.
