PVC/阻燃芦苇纤维复合材料的性能

摘要 以芦苇纤维(PF)、阻燃芦苇纤维为填料,制备了聚氯乙烯(PVC)/芦苇纤维复合材料。研究了纤维用量对复合材料力学性能的影响,确定了基础配比;对比分析了纤维阻燃改性对复合材料力学性能、阻燃性能和吸水性能的影响。结果表明,PVC与PF质量比为100∶40时复合材料具有较好的力学性能;阻燃芦苇纤维的添加可有效提高复合材料的阻燃性能,发烟状况得到改善,聚磷酸铵(APP)/季戊四醇(PER)/三聚氰胺(MEL)浸渍芦苇纤维复合材料(PPF-3)的氧指数高达25.9%;APP/PER浸渍芦苇纤维复合材料(PPF-2)的力学性能最优,绝对吸水量比未改性复合材料减少了34.72%。 The polyvinyl chloride(PVC)/phragmites australis fiber(PF)composites were prepared using PF or flame retardant PF as matrix filler respectively.Effects of PF dosage on composite's mechanical property and effects of flame retardant on mechanical property,flame retardancy and water absorption of composites were analyzed.Result shoved that the composites had better property with m(PVC)∶m(PF)= 100∶40.Flame retardancy was improved obviously and smoke generation decreased after flame retardant modification,and the LOI of PPF-3composite could reach to 25.9%.PPF-2composite possessed the better mechanical property and its absolute amount of water absorption was 34.72%that less than that of unmodified composite.
